Often, we think that we are not able to make the necessary changes in our life and health, but what we do not realize is that change is inevitable. Everything around us, our bodies, situations, etc. changes; nothing stays the same but GOD. He changes not, being the same yesterday, today, and forever. We can find confidence in Him when times get tough and discouraging. There are two main forces in the world that are opposite and opposes each to influence and impact our lives. They are good vs. bad, blessings vs. curses, wellness vs. sickness, joy vs. depression, life vs. death, etc. If we look at previous situations in our lives, we will see how things have either changed from bad to worse or bad to good. God have given us the power of choice. He admonishes us to choose this day who we will serve and to choose life and not death. When we are faced with challenges, dilemmas, and opportunities to change, let us choose to change our life situations for the better. No longer do we have to let our past behaviors, habits, and desires control our desired outcomes. We have the power and authority to create change in our health. True change takes place when we factor in God, having full confidence that with Him all things are possible to them that believe. This true change involves our heart and mind through belief and meditation in His word so that we may prove His acceptable will. His will is always perfect, good and the best for us. No more conforming to settle but transforming to manifest the good.
Romans 12:1 “Do not be conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is good, acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
